App Permissions

Sharing with Delivery Riders
During an active delivery, the assigned rider's GPS location is shared with you through the app's live tracking feature. Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the rider to complete your order. Rider location is only visible during active deliveries.
WhatsApp & SMS Notifications
We send transactional notifications via WhatsApp and SMS for order confirmation, dispatch, delivery updates, and OTP. You can opt out of promotional messages via the unsubscribe link or in the app's notification settings.
Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies and pixels for site functionality, measurement, and (where you have configured IDs in admin) third-party analytics or advertising. Those tools are loaded only when the corresponding IDs are saved in Site settings (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Clarity, Hotjar, etc.).
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as per Indian legal requirements. After this period, data is anonymised or deleted.
