Submitting an enquiry or order request on this Site does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm availability and pricing in writing (by email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of damaged or defective products if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are demonstrably faulty. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
